Hello All:

I am new to this group and happy to be so! I have a 7 month old Pembroke, Blossom, and she sits with her back leg sticking out to the side. Should I be concerned about this? She's my first full Corgi.

Thanks, Leslie

Perfectly normal for a Corgi:)
Thanks Jane. I went to your page and there is a great photo of a porchful of Corgis. Unforetunately though, I couldn't read anything because that photo was in the background. Hmmmm . . .

Leslie, check out the pics lower in my  page...you'll see pleny of my Corgi's sitting like that:)

As long as she's not favoring it or showing any pain I wouldn't worry about it.
teddy sits like this all the time, i think its pretty normal:)
K this is funny, when Chloe was going to obedience class and when she was asked to sit, Mrs. Mary would walk by and push Chloe's leg in every so gently and tell her to sit like a lady!!!!!  Solomon sits like that and as far as I can tell that is the "Corgi Way"  So don't worry bout it.

Lilly sits that way, especially when she is leaning up against the sofa for some pets.
