I am picking up my baby in a week and a half and I've been having my breeder send me lots of pictures. My baby has white all the way around his back on his shoulders and it connects from his face to his back. I know corgis lose their white as they get older but how much? I love how much white he has. He also has a cute little spot on his head that my mother is IN LOVE with and I keep having to remind her it may not exist as he gets older.

How much white did you dog lose as he got older? And about what age do they stop changing color?

I attached a picture of him at about 3 weeks and at about five and a half weeks to show how much white he has right now

Our pup also had a small dot on his head, very similar, if filled in right across his head so the white stops, just momentarily, for a brown spot and then carries on with the white. I think all of the white will stay the same. Some of the black will change to tan on a tri. Dylan is 10 months old and still changing, you can see tan coming in where he was black.
Trust me, you will love him whatever he looks like.....
Enjoy and keep us posted.....
Nothing as wonderful as puppy breath....
Tegan has not lost any white -- she's almost 7 months old. Her red coat has been turning sable (lots of black through it) over the last month -- it's cool to watch! I don't think your baby will lose any white. He is SUPER cute!!!!
It's funny because my Ella's white collar actually looks bigger now, then when she was younger. She will be 2 yrs next month, and her collar look wider now. But after looking at her, it is because the white is now longer and softer, so it covers some of her red fur. This makes it look a bit wider, but in fact it isn't. She is a red/white, and over time the red has changed a bit in color as well. It was a light tan red and now it's more of a red tinted brown.
No matter what color you little one ends up, he sure is a cutie!!!
I got new pictures of my baby today! He'll be 8 weeks on tuesday and I pick him up on saturday. Still has his spot :) I'm so excited!

Awwwwwwww! Cute!
My Miranda has the exact same markings as she did when she was a baby, You can actually tell which pup she is in the pics of her litter at 1 week old. Her dark fur later showed sable coloring, but the white has never changed.
Our puppy has a little white arrowhead mark on his head and it's been there since day 1 and if anything I think it got a little narrower but it seems like it got longer.
