Mine HATE it when I pick up their toys and put them in the toy box! They scamper around and say "Wait! Wait! I was just going to play with that. And that!! AND THAT TOO!!!" Our toy box has a lid and when I switch out the toys Tulip puts her nose in there and shakes her behind so hard I think she might take off! "THERE'S that green filthy rag I've been looking for all my life!!"

Mine dig through too. I had a taller basket fell over on Sparty once and he started barking when a toy he wanted was on the bottom so I switched it out for a short basket! Otherwise he would stand there and bark until I came over and got it for him.

Anne- my corgi's are the same. They love to dig thru the toy box. I think its so cute when the are looking for one toy in particular. Its also funny that they be doing something and when I pick up all the toys and put them away, they then want them and throw them all back out!

My daughter came over the other night and since it is freezing here in Wi we decided to warm our bones in the hot tub for a bit. I reminded her, while changing, to wrap her undies in her clothes and set them on the dining room table as Corky has a bad undie fetish! The hottub sits just outside the dining room on the deck, so as we sat warming ourselves she glanced in throught the patio doors, and there was Corky, on top of the table, rooting like a wild pig through her clothes, and having found the panty delicacy he leaped off the table and sped off with them. She yelled "those were one of my favorite pairs," and took off after him. So much for a relaxing soak in the tub!
