Hello all. I almost put in a prayer request last week but it looks as if the family here were all praying hard enough. Tammey's Father had a stroke and refused to be taken to the doctor for almost a week. We just don't know how to pray for someone who will not take care of himself! However, if you should find yourself on your knees and at a loss for words you might ask for strength and guidance for the good Doctors and Nurses at Bayor Hospital.

That video's a good reminder of the blessing that our dog friends can be!

On a more "intellectual" note, there's a great book on Christian theology called On God and Dogs: A Christian Theology of Compassion for Animals, available from Amazon. A great retort for the person that says your furry friend is "just" a dog!

Linda, yes, you are right. I did create the quiz for the majority of ppl - the 'city folk' :))) Thanks for checking it out. I'll keep that in mind for the future.

I took the quiz... I think it is more for people in a town or city. I don't have to get up early around here because our Corgis get PLENTY of exercise and stimulation in a HUGE yard during a lot of the day and out in our pastures, and the BLM hills behind us when I take them out to care for our horses. Likewise, herding the horses and being helper dogs for me with some of my health issues give them the perfect outlets to let them feel useful and needed.
