About My Corgi(s):
My first Corgi ever, Leo, is a tri-color male 8 months old. He is the joy of my life. Soon Leo's little brother (same parents, different litter) will be joining us. His name is Randy and he is mostly sable & white with some unique black markings. When Randy is 1 I plan to get one more little Corgi Guy. You can never have too many Corgis!

update on my Corgis

The lads are both over 2 years old now and it is nice that they don't feel the need to destroy everything around them.  I think it was a teething thing and not really a negative trait.  I have given them back some of their more delicate toys and so far there has been no destruction.  They are still just the best kids in the world and being with them is the highlight of my day.  At this age they seem to be more independent of each other, which is surprising as they have always been so close. … Continue

Happy Thanksgiving fellow Corgi lovers. The boys can't wait till the turkey is done. They ate the liver for me, thank goodness. Many blessings on you all.

Great Corgi Jewelry Find

I am not advertising for these folks so don't think this is spam. Just wanted to tell fellow Corgi fans about a necklace I found. A sterling silver Corgi at Rods.com. It is a western wear company but if you search for jewelry and Corgi you will find it. I am getting one.

Randy's First Birthday

Posted on March 9, 2010 at 5:59am 4 Comments

Ran ran (his nickname) is one today. Amazing how time goes by and how fast he has grown. Randy is a little guy, won't make his brothers size most likely. Still I think he is a beautiful Corgi and gets better looking each day. He is a momma's boy and kisses me all the time. Ran still has his cute puppy morning voice, that unfortunately Leo out grew. The boys are having some dog cake, real ice cream and bones from the butcher shop. Should be quite a party.

Randy is having his surgery tomorrow.

Wow they grow up so fast. Randy is going into the hospital tonight and having his surgery (neuter) in the morning. I will be glad when it's over and I get to bring him back home. Leaving him there is so hard and waiting for the call that all is well. I will be praying until I get him back safe and sound. It's gonna be interesting keeping him calm and quiet with his big brother around but I'm sure we will manage.

Corgi and Buster are doing great! Buster seems to be getting huge, he's up at 38 pounds already! Corgi is finally over all his health problems and back to being the goofy dog he is again. They are starting to get along very well now, but little Corgi still punks big Buster around all over the place! Buster is the most gentle, submissive dog in the world, and Corgi has that spunky Corgi attitude, so Buster always ends up being the one getting beaten up. =D

How are Leo / Randy?

Corgi's not over his health problems, unfortunately. He just finished major treatment today. He was infected with both heartworms AND intestinal parasites at the same time. He's in horrendous shape. Hopefully he improves.. Buster's healthy as a horse as usual. Glad to hear your dogs are doing great. I love Leo, Buster is a clone of him!

Hi! We are practically neighbors. I started a Wyoming Group as well as sent you a friend request. It would be great if we could get more Wyoming corgis on here. My husband has an Aunt and Uncle that live in Torrington.
