About Me:
I'm a college student. My boyfriend and I live on the Northwest side of San Antonio. We both work full time but still make all the time in the world for our little Corgi, Domino.
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
About My Corgi(s):
My Corgi, Domino, was born Feb, 17th 2008. I got her at just 8 weeks old and she was sooooooo adorable; still is.

I had been thinking about getting a puppy for a while and when Matt and I moved out of our old 4 person apartment into our own we decided to get a puppy. Well we went to look at Corgi's online and found a littler that was just born not to far from us. So we decided to go look. By look I mean get money out of the bank and bring a towel to carry one home on because Matt said there was no way I would be able to look and not buy.

Matt was right, it was love at first sight. As soon as I saw that pudgy little runt who was climbing all over her brothers and sisters I knew she was mine.

Time has passed and we've been through potty training, teething, her first heat cycle (and one bathroom door), and many many destroyed rolls of toilet paper and chew toys; but the love remains and grows with each day.

Recently Domino has been scratching a lot. I have bathed her and put her flea medication on her but she's still scratching. This leads me to believe that she might have an allergy and/or sensitive skin. I have also given thought to it being the fact that her winter coat is coming in and she's shedding A LOT lately. I intend on buying a Furminator come payday and I've tried to be sure to brush her every other day to get all the loose hair off.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what… Continue

Shedding/grooming tips

My Domino is getting her winter coat so her under-layer, or whatever it is called, of fur is getting really thick. Due to this I have a lot of little grey and white hairs all over everything in my house! I brush her almost every other day and she still sheds like crazy! Any recommendations on what type of brush I should use to get more fuzz off of her at once and into the trash instead of on my clothes?

So during the day we leave Domino out in the living room while we're gone; closing the bathroom and bedroom doors. Well we put her food and water bowls right inside the kitchen so if she does splash or spill it's on the faux hard-wood floors and not the carpet.

Well recently we have noticed that the floor and carpet have been unusually wet next to the water bowl. Domino, being over a year old, doesn't make much of a mess anymore when it comes to eating and drinking. It turns out that… Continue

A little more info I left out 'cause I'm dumb, haha. Scurry, TX is a little town near Dallas so it's pretty far away, the puppies were born on March 16th, and I just sent her an email asking if she still had the two males left. (There were still two males left as of April 28th so there's a pretty good chance they're still left) Mom and dad are both red and white, you can see mama's face in the top right corner of that picture I posted, and I know one of the grandpas was a red-headed tri. Both parents are registered and male pups are $350 dollars.

Hey! I have not picked up my pup yet. The breeder lives in Scurry, TX and her name is JoAnn Wells. Last I checked she has two more males in the litter that people haven't gotten yet. Here is her email:
And you can ask if there area any puppies still available. Here is a picture of the litter, two of the sables are female and already have been adopted and I'm not sure how many males are left. But you should totally email her and find out. I'm picking my baby up on May 15th and I could probably get yours too if you decide to adopt from her.
