Not sure if anyone else's corgi has this issue but Monty has just blown his winter coat thanks to a nice warm fall. In Northern Virginia we had a few days of cold weather that excited the fuzz butt to no end and his beautiful coat came in nicely. Then it went away and the humans enjoyed a nice 3 week spell of 60 and 70 degree weather.
