He came to us unexpected but greatly welcomed. Our Basset hound that we cherished passed away in Feb.2008 and Koa (our great corgi) came to us in May 2008 thru craigslist. I guess I am partial to "big dogs with short legs"

Monique - I borrowed Koa's picture by the ocean to use as a background on my computer when Whisper and I want to go somewhere exotic! My boss looked at it and said that not my corgi or Whisper and I said No just a little guy taking us on vacation!

Koa: I am so glad your picture is in the calendar!! that is one of my favorites in there.. he is such a beautiful pup. I love his face. My grand-dog, Yogi is in there also - February. It is a great calendar this year with nice photos - happy - funny - .. Happy New Year!! love, gail & gizmo.

Al & Gwynn are happy to see Koa in the calendar; that's a great face and a nice photo.

We have wild beaches like that on the Olympic Penninsula, but the best are in the National Park system, nodogs allowed. Harrumph!

I totally did vote for your pup too!! it was one of my first choices. the picture is wonderful!! i hope both our babies get into the calender! they are so cute. Koa looks like he is having a great time. Thanks for the vote!
