Hey we forgot Sweetest Day! I did not realize that it was started by a man who wanted to bring cheer to his community. It is a little late but I want you all to know I appreciate you.

Decorated the front of our house yesterday. The corgis are not amused with the creepy decoration that looks like a skeleton in a black robe by our door!!

No party for us! And with the grandkids in Denver, i am just going to pass out candy to the neighbor kids. We did carve pumpkins and bake pumpkin seeds though.

We are having a Halloween Party this year. Spent all afternoon going through recipe books figuring out the food. Not sure what the boys will wear. I might just get them some cute Halloween scarfs. They are so excited they love parties...all those people are sure to drop food on the floor. I never have to vacuum up food just hair.

Is anyone having a Halloween party this year? I know we have the Corgis costumes all figured out and I just finished shopping for the girls...now I have to decide what I'm going to be. I thought Ed could be a police officer and Gem would be a firefighter, but I am thinking Ed should be the prisoner and Gem should be the police officer.

This Halloween group profile picture reminds me so much of Ed and Gem. I wonder who drew it?? Still working on Ed's costume. I think I saw one that says Bad Boy on it and looks like a prison outfit...I'm leaning toward that one.

@Adriana

You could always do Batman and Batgirl or Batman and Poison Ivy.

For the first time since Whisper was a baby we won't be at a horse show on Halloween. This year we are showing the week after which puts us at horse show two days before Whispers Birthday (Nov 9), so we are going to lay low on the spooking and Party Hard the next weekend!

I'm so excited for the upcoming holidays. I've been thinking about getting Henry a costume for halloween. We just got a new little corgi. Anyone have any suggestions for me? I was thinking of dressing them up as a pair. Too bad I couldn't do batman and robin. Our new little one is a girl =)
