Beer Fondue
2-12oz bottles of beer, 1 1/2 lbs. cheddar cheese, 1 T butter, 2 t dry mustard,
2 t worcestershire, 1 t paprika, 1/4 t pepper, 1/2 t celery salt, 3 T cornstarch,
3 T water, 1 clove garlic,
Open beer, shred cheese bring to room temp. Melt butter in saucepan, add beer, simmer but don't boil. Add cheese slowly, stirring constantly until melted. Add mustared, worcestershire, paprika, pepper and celery salt. Mix cornstarch and water together add to pan. Cook over low heat for a few minutes. Rub fondue pot with cut garlic pour in fondue. Keep fondue pot hot. Serve with french bread cubes, veggies and enjoy.

We don't know who we are going to root for yet. However, we are going to a Super Bowl party, too and your fondue recipes would be fabulous!!!

I have made this one for years: It's very easy and then I make meatballs,toasted bread cubes,ham chunks,broccoli and cauliflower half cooked!
recipe:1 can cream of shrimp soup and 1 # velveeta I melt this in a double boiler 1st. I used to use 2 jars of old english cheese..I believe but you can't find this anymore! Let me know if you try it!

My daughter and her family will be here so I will decorate a little and add some flowers! We are also going to make a chocolate fondue and maybe a cheese fondue...not sure for the main meal!

Does anyone decorate for Valentine's day??? I put a couple hearts in the window and a few things scattered throughout the house today...oh and one fabulous heart dish towel in the kitchen!!!
