Yes Bev, We might as well enjoy it as there's nothing we can do about it and I'd rather everyone be home safe than on the road!!!!

speaking of bones for the Corgis...I stopped at the butcher shop today and asked for bones for the dogs. Usually I get bones that are just the right size....not too big, not too small....Not this time....I guess my dogs will die from delight when they see these bones....I swear they look like a leg from a cow....well, the better part of it anyway. I can hardly wait to see Sammy and Merry try to handle these. It will definitely be a supervised event. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL....

We could send you some snow Bev! As of noon they said we are to get 14+ inches so we would have plenty to share....you can have 1/2! We have tons of food and I doubt that I will be able to go to my daughter's by Fri. or Sat. as this warning goes through Sat. am....But I will have fun and my corgis will have plenty of special 1 on 1 time and new toys and bones!

I guess we are supposed to get freezing rain for Christmas! Darn, I was planning on snow because my 3 year old Grandson is here and I wanted to make snowmen! I am the only adult that likes to go out in the cold. I have enough food in the house that we could be snowed in for a week and still be eating.

Hope you all stay safe this Christmas. My daughter is supposed to fly in from Denver Christmas Eve. I really am not counting on her making it....their weather does not sound good either. We will be a rain event here.....So much better than what so much of the country is facing. My prayers are with all of you to have a safe and happy Christmas.

Thanks Geri and Sidney! for me it means not seeing my mom and kids BUT if it gets as bad as they say...I would rather be home than traveling....I'll just have to there sometime soon and I always have my husband and corgi crew at home....can't wait for them to get their new bones!!!!
