We have a place like that and can see 8 or more fireworks! We were going to my sons as they have a party and a nice town firworks...but he just switched jobs and may have to work now...so who knows what we will do...Horse droppings must be as tasty as goat droppings!

So what are your 4th of July plans?? We are going to Mackinaw City camping (our annual trip). We can see fireworks from 5 or 6 towns while sitting at our campsite looking at the Mackinaw Bridge and Lake Huron. Also we are far enough away the Sparty does not freak out so bad about the fireworks. We will take a ferry boat ride to the Island for a fun hike on the trails there while dodging the horse droppings. Very tasty according to Sparty and Izzy! Yuch!

Staying home while I work so someone else can have the day off! Since all our kids are grown and gone I thought I'd help someone else...Wynn thinks he should get to either go to work or have a nice meal...after all he is a father and a good one!

I saw some cute 4th of July bandana's for the boys this weekend and just had to buy them. We have a big boat parade on the lake and they will look so handsome sitting on the front of the boat. Chepstow really loves to sit and show off.

We had ribs and corn, salads galore and lots of desert. It was so hot it felt more like the 4th of July here. God bless all who we have lost but still love so very much and thank you to all of our servicemen and women and their families for all of their sacrifices to keep the USA the greatest place on earth!!!!!
