Mine do pretty much the standard tricks. Once you have more than two corgis the individualized attention is a bit harder to make time for, so my poor Koda really only knows how to sit, lol!Bandit can…Continue

I'm so sorry Shannon about your loss, some times like in children, they could be an extrange immune delay response to it, I have heard of some vaccines in humans doing that, I know it doesn't make…Continue

My Wynn always says" good morning" and will talk very politely while sitting next to me if I'm eating on the couch! Wynn knows better than to bark so we just talk back and forth and if he's…Continue

We just had a large crowd of family leave our house and I have a two day turnaround for having friends for dinner to celebrate New Years. Fortunately it is very good friends so I don't have to impress anyone! Actually a night at home sounds good!

Hi Laura :)
I didnt have any issues uploading the video to my page, but I do recall in the past that I was not able to. For the video in my comment below, I actually had the video copied to my photobucket account, in photobucket it will give you an html code which I then copied into my comment... and magic, it actually worked! lol
I hope this helped. Photobucket is free if you decide to try them.
Maybe try again another day?
:) Shannon

Aww Rowdy looked like such a trooper hopping around the room when you called him. Poor little guy. And for the coyote attack how horrifying!

Quick question, how did you get your video to upload? I have tried everything to upload Tucker's talking video but when I go to upload it it just thinks and thinks and thinks and never actually uploads the file.

I cant imagine having a coyote attack one of mine. We used to have coyotes that ran behind the corridor of another house and the dogs would go nuts when they cut through. The Corgi was sitting calmly, but was in really bad shape... I wish I could have talked to the owner more... but Rowdy was trying to be race dog on his splint, so I had to carry his 24 lb little (heavy) butt!

Oh so sad about the Pem with the coyote injury! I hope he ends up ok! I can only imagine how hard it is to keep anything on those short little legs with their attitudes. Hope he is feeling better and mended soon!!!!!

I am not really sure... It is quite possible that I stepped on him, (it is hard not to when 3 are running around me at times) but I am not really sure. What was really sad was when I had to bring him to the vet this morning for them to put a new splint on when his first one came off, someone else was there with a Pembroke Welsh Corgi that had been ravaged by a coyote.. I felt so bad as he looked just like Rowdy!

Oh, poor Rowdy looked so sad! Do you know how he fractured it?

Here is Rowdy talking to me about his foot before I brought him to the vet... sweet little boy!

Sorry for the absence! I started a new position at work, and Rowdy fractured his foot a few weeks ago. I had to bring him to the Emergency vet this AM as his splint slipped off last night. He still has to keep his splint on for 4-6 more weeks. Fun fun fun! :)
Hope everyone had a WONDERFUL Christmas and are excited for a great New Year!
