- Zephyr was born Nov '07. She's a "whitey", mostly white with sable and black spots. Her tail is the cutest! There's a black spot on it. Zephyr loves people is shy around other dogs but is very outgoing. She loooooves playing fetch. No matter what you tell her, the cat's bouncy foam ball is her FAVORITE toy. (Mostly cos it can bounce on its own, lol). But don't tell her I vacuumed it up accidentally.
Wydget is a "blue" tri-colored (which basically means she's a faded black). She was born Feb 2010. She's SPUNKY. Likes to chase the big dog all over and bark at her. She's a lover *and* a fighter.

So, I've had Wydget for a little more than a month now and it's an EXPERIENCE.
OMG.
I've *never* had two dogs at once, let alone a puppy and an adult. It's *crazy*.
Zephyr is taking to the baby waaaaaay better than I thought she would! They're actually play buddies now! At first Zephyr had no idea what the little fuzzball was. But…

So all of my ideas for puppy names have been shot down so far. If I like it, someone else in my family doesn't. If they all like it, I *hate* it. It's getting really frustrating because they're trying to be silly and joking around, which is fine every once and a while, but naming a puppy is a lot like naming a baby. I figure I just won't know until I meet her in person.

I'm back! With news!
As of the middle of April I will be getting a new Pem puppy! She's BLUE! Not merle, just BLUE. It's adorable! I'm all about the odd colored corgis!
We're thinking about calling her Lyra. Is that a good name for a doggy?

Zephyr is oneandahalf ish. She's doing well. She apparently has a reaccuring ear infection that the vet thinks is caused by some kinda irritation due to spring. I don't blame the puppy, I'm irritated by spring too.
She's getting much better about riding in the car. She was very scared at first and kinda just cowered in her seat or on my lap. (She's very big now to be doing that, 21 pounds last vet visit). But now that we've been… Continue
