Make sure he goes out as soon as he gets up and every 2 hours after that (when possible). Also take him out about 15-20 minutes after meals and walking may help him stimulate the process. A schedule for going out may also help. Praise him for going potty outside and you could take some poop out from in the house and set it where you want him to go so that he can smell it.
Inside keep him to a small area until he has gone potty. It is natural for them to find an out of the way corner in the house if he has to go. Hope this helps!
There is a nice article on potty training in the latest issue of Dog Fancy magazine as well as one on corgis.
Fergus is just a year old now and he was gtg from about 5 months old or so.... This is all I did .... He got up we went out.. he played , we went out... he ate, you guessed it .. we went out. Just over and over and over. Besides one accident when I got trapped in traffic and couldn't get home from work we have not had any accidents in the house at all.
