Addy was SO naughty when she was a puppy, and has gotten SO much better - but I honestly miss all of her Corgi mischief that she would perpetrate at every turn. Her antics would make me mad sometimes, cost me money other times - but nearly every time I got a good chuckle out of it. She made life more interesting. Rafa/Ricky sounds like a total handful from everything I've read, totally a league above Addy - but I'd bet when he gets older and mellows out (as much of a relief as I'm sure that will be) that you will remember his naughty puppy days fondly.

 

I have a stack of Bible's at home and was always afraid Addy would get her teeth on one eventually. She has chewed several books but never got one of my Bibles - she did, however, chew part of the cover off of my Bible Manners and Customs book! At least they have good taste in literature.

Wendy@ I am glad that Rafa has not completely given up the role of scoundrel. I know what a pain it is but I look at Sparty and his inside of his ears are so grey and he rarely does naughty things anymore.

Bev, he's actually gotten way better. I'm keeping up with obedience classes and little by little we'll get there. He definitely gives us a ton of laughs. He is the funniest/craziest boy.

@ Bev- hardly w/o destruction! I spent most of yesterday cleaning up after him. you name it: newspapers, napkins, magazines...and his latest activity is digging. He has pockets of time when he's pretty normal and then he goes off the deep end for a few days. A puzzlement. I spoke to a trainer about coming out to the house. I take him to weekly obedience classes and he's perfect. But, then he's home and off the leash...

Ricky/Rafa apparently is like the early explorers- because it's there! he at least is amusing himself without destruction.

Sorry I couldn't get a photo of Ricky (aka Rafa) who decided to take a walk ON TOP of our front hedges. The hedges are about 3 ft. high and his little legs kept getting stuck in the hedge, but he was undeterred. He walked straight across and then jumped down. How does he think of these things?!

that is Duke.  He is a rescue dog we have had since he was a pup.  We also have his brother, Freckles.  They are 9 years old and don't find Mia and Herky nearly as funny as we do!  Their mother was a sheltie with long blue/gray hair, very pretty.  Don't know about father.  Duke is thin and built like a greyhound and his brother is stockier with longer hair

In the pic you said was of Mia and Herky, I see a third pup. Is that a Corgi or a Vallhund or something else curled up there on the chair? Just curious.
