iSpy with my eye something absolutely adorable!

I decided to start this group for those of us who love to find corgis in ads. Once you start looking for them it is tough to stop. You will find them on everything from shampoos to video games. Print ads to television commercials. Corgis are using their cuteness to convince us to purchase items with their mugs happily displayed on products. Will we buy them? Won't we? One thing I know for sure is an ad with a corgi will always catch my eye! Share your finds and keep an eye out, you never know where the next corgi will pop up!

Great finds! Another place that loves to use corgis in ads is in the Drs. Fosters and Smith catalogs. They love their corgi models!

My vet's reminder card. The credit says it is a Kimball stock photo.

Doug: What a blast! I think we all look for corgis even if we don't expect to see our own. I loved your memorial pages, beautiful pictures of beautiful dogs.

It's Watson!  I was walking through Pet Smart today with the dogs and there on a display tag was a familiar face.   The Corgi in the photo is my first one, Watson (1998-2009).  The photo would  have been taken back in 2003 or 2004, I think when he sat for some photos for Pet Smart advertising.  He "worked" for them three times for biscuits while I made off with the cash they offered.

The animal talent agency told me way back then that the shot would be used on a display end tag and they would get me copy but they never did.   I’ve casually looked for Watson’s picture in store displays for nearly ten years now.

Today when I spotted my old friend's picture the Pet Smart people were nice enough to let me take the tag next door to the Staples store and make a copy of it.

Last week I was in Pet Smart and thought how silly I was to keep looking after all this time and this week there my old Corgi buddy was.  It really made my day.  :-)

Oh no, not again with the poor corgi on the package for "diet" food! They must be the canine equivalent of plus sized models. LOL

Great finds Sam, Gregg & Poopdeck!
