we bring our puppy home in 1 month, 1 week exactly and I am basically losing my mind until then.

example, i had a birchbox subscription, but wasn't too thrilled with it and then along comes barkbox and YES! i've been waiting until it was at least closer to the time we bring puppy home to get it and yes, this is it!

Freyja is a lover of all! She loves other dogs, cats, people, kids, everything! I love this about her but it is difficult to get her to focus when I am trying to take her outside. We live in a large apartment complex so there are people constantly coming and going. Thank god for the leash or she would be gone! I took her to work with me one day and I attempted to have her walk with me inside the building. She had her own agenda and took off on me. I know not to chase her or she will think…

I have to admit, I had never really thought to check my dogs lymph nodes with any degree of frequency.  A few months ago a family member noticed that Cheez-it had lumps under his neck, and I just assumed he had an infection or something.  I took him to the vet the very next day (Oct 18 2012) and they suggested the possibility of lymphoma.  But I knew what they were going to suggest from spending the night reading what enlarged lymph nodes indicate.  They were enlarged beyond the possibility…

I would like to thank everyone for the warm welcome to MyCorgi! Dug and I are enjoying everything and my sister and her Corgi (Dug's brother) will be joining the community very soon. Expect to see a lot of pictures and videos of Dug, and probably some questions on the forums (it is my first Corgi :) ).

I've been lurking mycorgi.com for like a year before deciding to officially bring our own pup home. It was a joint decision between my girlfriend & I. We decided long ago that the Corgi was perfect for us. It's our first dog and it's been completely amazing. 

Anyway...

This is Cowboy. She's a little Pem tricolor girl, a little over four months at this point. She hasn't met a soul she doesn't love...dog, cat, or human. Both our families spoil her like a grandchild.…
