So far Watson has been doing very well. we are really enjoying having a puppy again except for the occasions where he becomes a little tornado racing around and into everything. I think he is beginning to get used to our schedules and we are getting used to figuring out when he needs a potty break. Well, Foggy Bottom Summit I haven't Got A Clue AKA Watson has arrived. He was so loud this morning that Izzy went and hid behind the toilet! However, he has been pretty respectful of her desire not to be jumped on so that is good. We haven't had a puppy with a tail in over 30 years so that wagging tail is pretty funny. Just sitting here thinking about how lucky I am to have great dogs and family (not necessarily in that order :) but will always remember 9/11 when the USA was attacked. I was sitting watching the Today show with Sparty on my lap as usual when it happened. My son came home from an early class and asked me why I was crying and I told him, " I think we have just been attacked". Loving the new Frontgate catalog with two corgis on the cover! The tri looks just like my dearly departed Sparty but it isn't him. Corgis are not just for farms anymore!

This past week I have watched on facebook as Wendworth Corgis (one of our members) frantically searched for beautiful retired Champion Winston. He was recently retired to a new home and has been missing for almost a week. He is in the Broadview Heights area in northern Ohio. Has been sighted at the Briarwood Golf course. Any mycorgi members in that area keep an eye out for him. He is a beautiful red headed tri.

There is a cute tri-colored corgi in the Jackson Animal Shelter. He is on Petfinder. Anyone looking for a new family member? I hate seeing corgis in shelters!! Wish I could get him myself but just can't.
