I know puppies virtually don't shed until they develop the outer coat.
Zion is 4.5 months now and has a full thick outer coat.  It's dense and very hair-like, not fur.  I remember when I was reading about Corgi months ago, everyone warned of the incessant, ungodly amount of shedding. I braced myself for this and got a Corgi anyway.
He sheds, but it's really minimal.  It's definitely far far nowhere near what people made it to be.
I dogsat my friend's puggle.  And THAT creature shed EVERYWHERE in my room.  He would leave a layer of hair on my cloth sofa just by sitting on it.
I can paste and roll Zion the same sofa and I can count the hair with my fingers.
Did I get one of the fabled minimal-shedding corgis?  Or does he have to wait til older?  Again, his already fully developed coarse parts just don't shed.
