Salt to my wound :(

My husband wants to know why I keep crying over my sweet Angel Kazi. He said he was JUST an animal. Well Kazi was my Furbaby ! I miss him MORE than anything . Tomorrow morning it will be 3 weeks since he went to the Rainbow Bridge. My husband " said all you do is cry,cry cry..wa wa wa" ! It is bad enough that I miss Kazi so much but now the comment has hurt me even more :( Can it get any harder ?

Madoc is a Good Citizen

We had his "exam" today at 3 p.m. and I was delighted that Madoc passed the ten elements. It may have been "by a whisker"-- we need to keep working on heeling and turns. My kids thought our concern about the test was hilarious-- could he rescue a drowning child in a lake? Alert firefighters to a burning building? Vote in the next election? Nevertheless, we are proud of our furbaby!

Jack's ears

Ok, I don't mean to be picky or obsess on this, but Jack is 12 weeks old and his ears still have not come up!!! Not even a little bit!! I don't want to tape his ears up, should I worry that they are not coming up? I never had this come up with my previous Corgis???

Bentley Update

Well we have had Bentley home for 9 days now. He just got done with his forst bath & he did WONDERFUL!!!!! (He couldnt have a bath right away from being neutuered 10 days ago). He got a bath in his special medicated shampoo that costs more than my shampoo(but he is worth ever penny of it). He is doing great taking his meds, takes them like a champ. I'm trying to get caught up..just been busy.

I haven't been on here lately..not that I don't want to but just so much is going on.

Natura Bought by Protcor and Gamble

P&G has signed a deal to buy out Natura, the company that makes Evo, Innova, Healthwise, and Karma. This is disappointing to me as Natura was one of about half a dozen pet food companies left that I trusted. Almost Time for the Chop

My, my! How time flies! Baby Jackson is a little over 6 months now and it's about time for his neuter surgery.

The wait is killing me!

I was informed by my breeder that my pup is happy, healthy, and ready to go! It killed me to have to tell her I wasn't going to be able to pick him up until May 15th. This is the last week of school and I'm moving back home over the summer so the next week and a half includes five tests and packing up and moving my apartment into storage. Dogs on Carts or Wheels

Our Lucky is in need of a cart, or wheels. Has anyone had experience with a dog on a cart? I know it is more humane than having him drag his hind end around, but I worry that once he is mobile again he will run over the cat and the other corgi in his exuberance! He's official!

I'm so proud of my baby boy...he received his official Therapy Dog packet today! I couldn't wait to try his vest on him. He liked wearing it and seemed a little put out when I went to take it off of him.

After 6 weeks of class, 10 supervised visits with my daughter, then 10 supervised visits with me, he's been approved! WooT!
