Sage did extremely well! She's my little golden girl. Sage not only did everything well but on the way out someone asked me if she and the Boxer were friends and I had to say..."no, they had never met before tonight!" Sage stayed focused even with a Jack Russel rescue next to us that was out of control! She did try to chew on her new leather leash though! Her 1st recall was great also! Harness Struggles

Recently we have begun training Milo to walk on a harness rather than his collar. He hates the harness and it really freaks him out. We tried to get him used to it a few months ago as well, but it has not been going well. Last time we've tried leaving it on him so that he can get used to it, but he will not move an inch and just lays on the floor looking miserable. Three legged kitty needs a name!

My new foster kitten will be a two month old girl that just had her leg amputated. I'll be picking her up on Friday and I don't have many details yet but she'll need a name when she gets here. I haven't had a special needs kitty in a while, just kittens that need to get old enough to be neutered, so I'm excited. I think she is a tabby and any name suggestions would be appreciated :)

Separation Anxiety

I have been on vacation for five days without my fur baby! I miss him so much! He is at home with my boyfriend, who says he misses me terribly. Buddy ate something bad!

Hey Everyone,

I came home from work today to discover that Buddy got into our half bathroom and chewed up one of the plastic caps on the toilet, and ate part of the ceramic piece that was underneath it. Just for clarification, it was the cap that covers the screw that holds the toilet in place. He didn't eat the plastic cap, just chewed on it. It seems the main course was part of the ceramic piece. Sheep Dog Trial this sunday!

Well its taken us a whole year but Shelly and I are finally entered into a Sheep dog trial!

At first we where going to do our HCT legs 1 and 2 but our trainer suggested that we bump ourselves up to JHD because she is doing SO WELL in the field!

Im super excited and extremely nervous at the same time!

Shaving for the summer...

Haley was shedding so bad it was like there was enough fur on the floor to make a whole new dog. We are moving in a week and the new house is all tile...no carpet...I had her shaved and shes like a new dog...wiggly full of energy and looks like a different dog! SHES GOT SPOTS!!!! I was amazed at what was under that thick fur~!

Do any others shave their corgi for the summer?

These past few weeks

Have been interesting for "The Mau" Long weekend with her buddy Carmah, and then the next weekend to go out to the farm to see my bf's family and she can run with their dog pack. I miss my corgikins!

I work in at a school as a speech therapy assistant, and I'm working on my Master's over the summer. So I am in Flagstaff away from my fiance and my puppykins for a week at a time! I'm so sad. I have my MyCorgi calendar in my dorm so that helps a little bit. The June corgi, Steve, is so adorable! But I miss cuddling my fiance and my little Nibbler :(

Almost home!

So i love hte fact of how smart corgi's are lol dont get me wrong mutts are pretty smart too.. I wish buffy were 10 years younger she would be teaching Ace some awesome tricks lol
