Hello my fellow corgi owners!
I have a question for you!
I recently watched a channel on Youtube that was promoting the use of natural shedding deer/elk antlers as a way to keep dogs teeth clean and gums healthy. So I was thinking of maybe buying one but first I want you fine ladies and gentlemen to give your opinions.
Question: Would you give your corgis an antler?

Personally we love antlers at our house. I do like the whole ones not the split ones. I think there might be some differences in opinions though. they last a long time too:)
My dogs love them. We buy the antler halves though - otherwise mine aren't too interested. Too much work I guess. :) Personally I think a softer chew is better for teeth cleaning though.
We love the antlers - they last a very long time. I've tried the whole and the halves and the halves seem to get more attention. They do keep the teeth clean - the vet always comments on how nice his teeth and breath are.
We love antlers too. I get Casey split elk antlers since it's easier to get to the marrow (plus that's what the pups at his breeder's house were all chewing on). He's still has his puppy teeth and they're great for when he's in teething mode too. They are a little pricey, but they do last a long time and are worth it in my opinion.
Ellie adores antlers and her eyes practically pop out of her head when she sees that I have a new one for her to chew on. :) Her favorites are the ones that are cut in half (exposing the marrow), but she also loves the thinner whole antlers. Oddly enough, neither of my dogs will touch a deer antler. They only like elk and moose.
I bought some for Franklin but he wouldn't touch them so it was a waste of money. I use raw knuckle bones instead. He seems to like them and they aren't as hard so I feel like the risk of breaking teeth is a little less (though still there). I also use USA made rawhide.
My dogs like the split elk antlers. They are the only things that Reese will stop of her own accord. She has nearly ruined her teeth on bones.
Haven't some corgis on this site broken a tooth from chewing on antlers? They're awfully hard. Griffin likes bully sticks and the chewing keeps his teeth clean.
Bogart has been enjoying antlers for over a year and we have never had a problem. The most FAVORITE antler ever is the one that still has the "velvet" on the outside. They don't have them all the time even at the specialty dog store.
Foxy loves antlers!!!
