Sidney visits the pet photographer

We had a Team Low Rider lunch this past weekend, and one of our members is a professional photographer. He offered to take photos of the corgis at his studio after the lunch, since the studio was just up the street.

My Angel Kazi's Birthday

Well today would have been my sweethearts 5th birthday.I used to buy both of my as I called them My boys (my Corgis) a special treat. I did not want the other to feel left out so on each one of their birthdays both got a treat. Instead today I will not be doing that I will attending my first Pet Loss Group meeting at 7pm. Horray for Bentley

Well Bentley & I just got some GREAT news. Corgi Aid, Inc. is going to pay for Bentley's heartworm treatment & dental work. Bentley begins his heartworm treatment on May 19. Once he is heartworm negative then we will begin the dental work. What a wonderful group !!!!!!!!!!!!!

So just got home from taking buffy to the Doctors.. Oh i am so releived turns out it is just a case of worms.. she probably got it from when she had fleas got it all taken care of and she seems fine... im so relieved oh boy i could cry ^_^

Happy to announce!

Charlie is officially back with us! We've had a rocky couple of years, but thankfully things have picked up, we relocated and have our special little girl back where she belongs.. with her family! It's been hard not having her around, and we know her 'brother' (cat) missed her a lot, but I'm happy to announce that she's back home!

In which Jack and my husband have a conversation about whether or not the ball should be thrown.

Maddie has the usual range of dog vocalizations: assorted barks, nervous or excited whines, and the occasional growl.

Salt to my wound :(

My husband wants to know why I keep crying over my sweet Angel Kazi. He said he was JUST an animal. Well Kazi was my Furbaby ! I miss him MORE than anything . Tomorrow morning it will be 3 weeks since he went to the Rainbow Bridge. My husband " said all you do is cry,cry cry..wa wa wa" ! It is bad enough that I miss Kazi so much but now the comment has hurt me even more :( Can it get any harder ?

Madoc is a Good Citizen

We had his "exam" today at 3 p.m. and I was delighted that Madoc passed the ten elements. It may have been "by a whisker"-- we need to keep working on heeling and turns. My kids thought our concern about the test was hilarious-- could he rescue a drowning child in a lake? Alert firefighters to a burning building? Vote in the next election? Nevertheless, we are proud of our furbaby!

Jack's ears

Ok, I don't mean to be picky or obsess on this, but Jack is 12 weeks old and his ears still have not come up!!! Not even a little bit!! I don't want to tape his ears up, should I worry that they are not coming up? I never had this come up with my previous Corgis???

Bentley Update

Well we have had Bentley home for 9 days now. He just got done with his forst bath & he did WONDERFUL!!!!! (He couldnt have a bath right away from being neutuered 10 days ago). He got a bath in his special medicated shampoo that costs more than my shampoo(but he is worth ever penny of it). He is doing great taking his meds, takes them like a champ.
