I know if it were up to Benny he would be outside all day. It is very cold outside #1 I don't want him to get sick or too cold and #2 I want to make sure he is getting adequate play time outside. What would you say is a good amount of playtime outside for a 6 month old daily?

First of all my dogs are crated when they travel with me 99.9% of the time. Well, today I took Sage along because she was sitting at the door waiting to go to work with me...poor decision as I have 2 kennels borrowed out and a 3rd stored in my garage that wasn't ready to go...yes I still took Sage and I had her leash belted into the back seat. About 10 minutes into our trip 4…

This is proving to be a lot tougher than I thought. He was doing awesome with his pads, and then started going near the door. I figured this meant he was ready for outside- I take him out there a lot. He has only peed outside once, and hasn't gone again since. He'd much rather play with the grass. Now he's back to not even using his pads much. I can't keep him outside until he goes due to the fact that it's 20 degrees out and he's only just 9 weeks. Help!?

We have a Corgi with a fantastic appetite. I know that's not news to Corgi owners, but when we're at the park discussing dog issues, seems to be surprise to other pup parents.
I feed 4oz (1/2 cup; or about 1/3 regular sized can) of wet food and 1/2 cup scoop of dry food each day. Wet food in the morning and dry food in the evening has cut down on his bad breath! He does get a fair amount of treats each day (bully sticks, Greenies, other training treats)
I rotate his dry…

So, I have taken to jogging, and I actually can do 3 miles, so yay for me. I have also been taking Team Corgi with me, Lilly and Ein. I take them about 3 times a week, but want to take them more. I don't push when we go, and we stop to potty about 4 or 5 times. I would like to take them every time I go, but I don't want to push them. Anyone else run with their Corgi?

Wally has been sick after the holidays after eating a ham bone (knee part). This was the first time and we though he would enjoy the gift from grandma but turns out it didn't agree with him. He had it cooked and frozen but after eating the knee part he threw up about 8 hours later which was followed by heavy diarhea for the following night, and less in the following 2 days +.
Boiled ground beef and rice for those 2 days and he's been doing well. Having some frozen green beans…

Check ' em out: SEVEN brand-new corgi pups, arrived on this earth last night:
Breeder Lindsay Waldrep reports that all seven appear to be healthy and well -- at least at this early moment -- and they all appear to be red and white, like the Queen herself. There are…

Lately, I've been thinking the Queen of the Universe is looking a little on the sylph-like side...as in...maybe too thin?
She weighed 25 pounds when I got her from the pound. At that time, the vet opined that because she (the vet) thought she (the queen) was a little small for a corgi, she might be a little heavy for her size.
Her Royal Highness eats real food (not processed dog food, for reasons that I will refrain from elaborating because I don't feel like writing…

Ugh. I swear this dog eats everything under the sun and actually LIKES it. We have a dachshund who always keeps nose to the ground looking for food morsels but won't touch it if it's not some kind of man made processed food, so we're used to looking out for dropped bits of donuts and chicken and things... but I swear Blaidd would pass up even the tastiest piece of chicken for mulch and rocks. I was so happy. It'd been weeks since we'd been woken up between 3 and 5 am to a puking dog. And…

The human spent the holidays sick as a dog, trying to keep up with work on a laptop perched on the bed, day after endless day. The Queen of the Universe, as ever attentive to the underlings, reclined in her chamber, keeping an eye on the creature.

More recently, the Queen's relative…
