So, I bought a Corgi zine today because it seemed like it had good info in it. It upset me when I got to the nutrition section and it suggested grapes (which I know to be highly toxic) as a good treat for dogs so I figure that I should take anything else it says with a grain of salt.

The thing that made me curious is this, it suggested that I feed my puppy large breed kibble formula to help regulate his bone growth. Your thoughts?

Happy Easter, everybody

Easter, schmeaster. We only do this 'cuz we get fed triple. Didn't even find any Easter eggs. Gwynnie found a WHOLE CLIFF BAR in the snow, and our "master" [what a disgusting concept] took it away from her!!!

Big Snip

Wynstan got neutered this week and all went well. Extremely well in fact. He had nearly no recovery time and did not want to rest for a little while. Unfortunately my parents were the ones to take him in because I was on vacation in Savannah, GA and could not bring him with me (due to hotel restrictions, I did not make the reservation).

Update on Roslyn's cat anxiety

Hey Girls and Guys,

A few months ago I posted about my adopted Pembroke and her cat chasing problem. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all that replied!

Today is his 3rd day with us. Little corgi still unnamed. The girls were outside and wrote with chalk "My dog is the most awesome!" on my patio. Later I found a few kids out back jumping and playing. Michigan corgis need homes

The Capital Area Humane Society has two adult Pembrokes looking for homes. It is located in the Lansing area. I am posting with hopes that someone is looking for a family addition since I can not take any more dogs on. They are two females and look very cute.

Corgi Sighting True green commercial

I tried to find it in the internet but couldn't. I don't know if it is a national commercial but it plays in northern California. There are two Corgi's one is definitely a Cardigan. They are chasing a boy with a lawn mower. Wish i could have found the Commercial it is pretty cute!

Happy Birthday, Buddy!

Three years ago today, Buddy came in to our lives. At the time, I had another dog whom I'd had for 15 years, who was ill & on prescription food from the vet. I stopped one afternoon @ the vet to get the food, & right across the street is the SPCA where Buddy stood in the front yard! Mr Murphey is Here to Stay

Lyla had diarrhea in the living room tonight and judging by the smell and the fact that we've had a lot of rain and Lyla is a puddle drinker, I'm placing my bet on Giardia. Sadly the store where I can buy Panacur isn't open until 8AM tomorrow, so until then she's locked in the dungeon (aka kitchen).

Beach Corgi

Today was our first time we were able to go to the dog beach. iSally wasn't interested in the water at all at first, then tentatively put a paw in to go after a stick. After awhile I was able to get her corgi-leg deep into the water. First Charlie Bear heart attack.... rant.

If you have a dog.. that may be grouchy towards other dogs.. DO NOT allow your teenager with their five friends take it to the dog park...

I am trying to be a calm mommy... I was a calm mommy at the dog park.. but really.. I wanted to corner those kids and chew them out till they cried..

Little Stella is a year old today!

April 1st- No Dogs Allowed

As we took our walk to a local State beach, we were welcomed with the "No dogs on the beach April 1 - September 15th" sign. With nary more than a sniff to the wind, Daphne sat down turned her head and piddled on the sign. That's my girl!
