One of the Groupon deals today in Atlanta is 16X20 gallery-wrapped retro art print from Imagekind. One of the prints is called "Corgi Coffee." To the see selection scroll down to the bottom of the "what you get" box.
These are pretty cute but I just got the bill for framing my latest corgi art purchases and I have been cute off. Enjoy!

Camden was thrilled to be at the vet as usual. And no, that is not sarcasm, he really does love going to the vet. In his excitement, Camden actually forgot about his leg. He was pulling on his leash as hard as he could. Once we got him calmed down, the doctor did a physical exam. Camden was quiet all the way through it until the doctor made him spread eagle. He didn't like that much. We also got some x-rays.
Thankfully, Camden has no damage to his ACL or ligaments. His hips and joints…

Yesterday Joe, my parents, and I drove a little over three and a half hours to pick up Zorro (and as my parents like to say their first grandson from me). When we got there we were immediately greeted by two sweet corgis. It turns out the adult in the picture I posted with the puppies a few days ago is actually his brother. He is such a nice dog! When I was trying to look at the puppies he kept trying to get under my arms so I could pet him. The father his a nice little RHT and the mother…

So, in the last month Camden has celebrated his first birthday, came down with some sort of eye infection that the doctor could not figure out, but the meds did fix the problem. I thought everything would be good to go until September for his yearly vaccinations... Guess not.
My poor puppy started limping late Thursday night. I checked his rear left leg, and he showed no signs of pain on contact. I restricted his movement through the weekend, and he was recovering when I took…

After having Kabu since November 2011, the family finally met him this past weekend. With that, all I have to say is that, "its not family, with out any drama"
So I carried Kabu's crate like how a parent would carry a car set into a house.
First reaction, "AHHHH!! A DOG!" from a six year old child... I was getting worried. But it was just out of pure excitement.
I took Kabu out of his crate and outside in the backyard to play with the kids. …

Today is our 2nd full day at home with Felix and Jack. Jack seems to be getting a little more comfortable all the time, and we have had no fights in more than 24 hours - a really good sign! We have continued feeding them in separate locations. Jack had been refusing food, but FINALLY, he ate last night! After some coaxing, he ate again this morning, but he still seems to wait until Felix finishes first. Even though they are on opposite ends of the house, he can hear when Felix is eating…

"Should we get a metal crate or a plastic one?
If people ask before they buy a crate, I suggest getting the molded-plastic, travel-style item rather than the metal cage-type, for several reasons:
1 - Plastic crates come in a larger variety of sizes;
2 - They're much less expensive (so buying two to accommodate your growing pup isn't an economic hardship);
3 - They're easier to take apart and clean.
4 - They're much lighter, so they're…

"After we put the dogs in the kitchen at bedtime, we heard a noise. We got up to find Annie prying at the bottom of the (baby) gate with her nose. Remember, we had the single latch near the top of the gate - which left some "give" at the bottom. Annie had figured this out. With a little experimentation, she found she could move the bottom corner enough to squeeze through and escape.
Ah-ha! Now that we knew her secret, how hard could it be to foil her strategy? The obvious solution was…

Hello Corgi land! My name is Shelly Duell and I am a corgi parent. My husband Trevor and I recently decided to add a second corgi to our pack. Through this process, I have read hundreds of articles and tried my best to do the right things in bringing in a new member of the family. There are so many differing opinions out there, that we have had to adjust to what we feel is best and learn through trial and error. I have decided to start a blog about our journey so that others can give…

For the last 2 days my male corgi won't stop licking his front left paw and now it's so irritated and raw. I have hydrocortizone spray (the kind for pets) and a flexible bandage on it now. I know it's hurting because he limps. Does anyone know what can help get this cleared up?…

So I know Corgis are known to bark alot, but has anyone tried training your Corgis not to? Cadi is now 15 weeks old and hasn't barked that much, except when I'm not paying attention to her and when she's playing in the backyard.
I had a friend come over with her dog today to play with Cadi and she started barking like crazy. After 5 minutes of barking, my neighbor yelled shut up (through his window....even though it's 2pm!). So I would like to teach Cadi to lower her voice or…

Since Baron is my first Corgi I don't know if this is normal or if he picked it up from "Mom". Baron is extremely OCD, we moved the furniture around and he stood and barked until it was put back where it "belonged" . He also "patrols" the yard looking for stray items to bark at...watering cans, firewood logs on boulder wall, etc.

For those who may not have heard it, at last night's Diamond Jubilee Concert Paul MacCartney made a request from the Queen for the people to leave in an orderly fashion after the concert, otherwise she would have to release the Corgis! You can see right after 12.35 on this video

Juno's 13.5wks. I've been trying to take him on walks...he did horribly on a leash/collar. He'll keep his head on the ground at all times and eats random crap as he's sniffing. In this process, there's no way that i've found to stop him. I've tried leave it w/ treats and pulling on collar but that's not good for him. Soo i switched to gentle leader...he def. did better on his walks but then he starts to bark/growl anytime he sees his red gentle leader even if it means a walk. Once it's on,…

Exiting news this weekend! We're adding another corg-a-porg into our family!! We're not sure what to call her yet, but she's a little pemmie, red & white.
We all met her this weekend and get to take her home next. Trill was so overwhelmed by all of the puppies and dogs that she wasn't sure about it. We'll see how next week goes!!…

Today we had a corgi meetup at a local organic farm.
We had a great time, and for the first time, I let Sidney roam off-leash! I was so scared, but I figured I'd never know how he'd do if I didn't try.…

I've not had much to say about anything in a long time.
Watson’s now 8 months, still has a submissive and excited peeing problem, and is living with just me. Not to bore you with the details, but Joe and myself had to split up and because I’m now living with my parents again with a backyard, I took Watson.
Watson getting ready for the 3 1/2 hour trip with Zoe! We moved to Abilene, moving practically everything in two days. Watson did well in the car, unlike…
