Abandoned Corgis need good home!!!!

Does anyone know of someone who is looking for a couple great corgis? Last week, two corgis around 4-5 years of age were found abandoned in Amherst NY. They were found outside a vacant home with no collars so it is very well that their owners just left them behind. The male is neutered and not sure if the female has been spayed. It is quite possible they could even be brother and sister. They are being held at the Clarence Animal Control shelter in Clarence NY and were put up for adoption today… Continue

DESPERATELY Need Transport Help for Izzy

Hi Everyone,

MY niece has decided to adopt Izzy from Carols Corgis, she is in a foster home right now in Oklahoma City, and we need help trying to Izzy from her foster home in Oklahoma City here to her permanent home in Michigan.

First week home, first blog post, first blah blah blah- Moral of the story- My dog is a blessing!

Delia is really something else. First, I have never had a puppy this young. 5 months had previously been my youngest. And Second, I have never had a small ish dog. Looking for another corgi....

Now that is has been awhile since we lost Arthur, we're looking for another. All of our pets have been rescued. Breeders are nice we just can't afford that path. We'd really like a dog young and healthy enough to play with our other corgi - Jake.

Update: Tank after 6 months!

We adopted Tank 6 months ago and he has been a wonderful addition to our family. We were going to adopt Zip who died before we could get him and decided on rescuing a Corgi(mix) that was less likely to find a home. We found out the day we got Tank that our home was his 4th in 1 year. Tank is great and goes everywhere with DH who was not happy I was adopting him.He goes out in the woods helping cut firewood and even to meetings at work where he is welcomed! Sir Winston Needs a Home

LeeLoo and I met Winston at the 9/3 Ohio Valley Pembroke Welsh Corgi rescue event. He's a beautiful dog! A little shy, but he came around just in the few hours we were with him.

This rescue is amazing to work with. We live in Southern Indiana and even though our dog was originally in Ohio, we worked it out to meet half way in Kentucky. Don't ever let distance get between you and the dog of your dreams!

He's home!

Tank came home on Friday and our new BIG corgi rescue is adapting well. Don't know if we'll change his name as he really is a Tank. He is wonderful! Sage, my grandson and I went to meet Tank this evening. He is a big boy but Sage let him know very nicely that she would be the one calling the shots and he was respected this. Corgi in Salem, OR needs foster or permanent home!!!

Diggory's first days at home

Today is Our Adoption Anniversary :-)

Happy Jack and I became buddies 6 years ago today and we've been fast friends since.

When I was a little girl we had a Corgi named Sammy (Samantha). My parents owned a Corgi because they were "horse people" when they were younger and fell in love with the breed. Adult Corgi Female Located in Fort Collins

About 6 months ago, I rescued a 5 year old female corgi from someone that just kept her in a kennel all the time. I have been working with her and she has made progress but I now have to find her a new home due to daughters allergies. Cute cardi up for adoption in Michigan

I was browsing the ads on Petfinder, noticing how many cute corgi mixes need homes, when i came across this wonderful little Cardigan Corgi puppy!

The first thought i had was to post his on MyCorgi so that the wonderful people here might have a chance at adopting him.

As we all know corgis are little spitfires and if they go to a home that is not prepared for their personality, they are often sent back to the shelter.

Our Life is About to be Turned Upside-Down (In a good way)!

Well, I have been searching Petfinder.com for an adult male corgi for a while now, and last week I found one that sounded perfect.
