Hey guys. Ein is about 14 weeks old now, and it's like the older he gets the more his eyes water. I know a lot of things could contribute to this, but the poor kid!!
It doesn't seem to bother him, but it is already leaving tear marks down from the inner corners. His nose isn't runny, just his eyes. His eyes aren't pink or anything. In fact, they are relatively perfect. He's got kinda long black eyelashes, maybe those are falling out into his eyes? I just…

Not my corgi haha! But my friend asked me to help him find his corgi a new home because his current living situation isn't ideal for a corgi. Specifically, his parents aren't letting him keep him. His corgi's name is Chopba. He's 8 months old, he has some sable coloring on his back, current on shots and unneutered. He is energetic, sassy and extremely cute in person. I would keep him for myself but unfortunately I live in a small apartment complex and my own corgi is already a handful. If…

No joke, it was super exciting going to get the little pup! He was super precious running out to greet us as we walked up. The Breeder picked him up and just went "Here he is." and plopped him in my arms.
We went inside and got his papers, information on the shots he got, which he needs, and some food they'd been feeding him. Joe and I kept switching on who was holding him and petting his fluffy butt.
All was well, we had bought a big crate for him to sleep in at the…

I don't believe it when they say dogs don't understand.
Noodle ran around the box to see what is going on with Bear. He tried his best to see if Bear was okay.
And it's been almost two days since then, he still try to find the way to see Bear. Of course she wouldn't let him. But it was touching seeing him trying so…

Arg! I'm so flipping excited for Watson to come into our life! It's driving me crazy and he's ready to come home this weekend, but ((as we're still living with my mother)) we can't have him quite yet!
I've been trying to convince her to let us get him at least a little early, as we only have 2 weeks left till we move. How could she say NO to this face??…

Bento has officially graduated from BravoPup #2 class! Yeah! It wasn't too long ago when Bento was in Pup#1 class trying to learn sit, down, and stay. Now, he knows place, heel (when he wants to), and a longer stay.
We're so proud of our little fearless corgi!
Pup#2 graduation: Bento--first row, first dog

It has been a good month now since we've had Ace, and he has made a lot of progress with us. He's still quite aloof and will only wag his tail when he's A) seeing Mom & Dad for the first time in the morning, and B) herding the cats. I had a Basenji when growing up and even though she had that famous double curl tail, it still shook furiously whenever I did the high-pitched PUPPY! voice. Ace couldn't care less about what voice or funny moves I put on for him; he remains rather neutral to…

One of my magical little angels somehow managed to make his way from San Diego, CA to Miami, FL. In ten days no less. How he got there, no one knows, but he was found and i have a friend in Orlando that has been watching after…

And what a year it was! I am so in love with this little doggy! She truly is our "first born!" Ha!
I remember when we found out about her hopping and we were trying to decide if we wanted to bring her home. We didn't have to think too long and decided to bring home a dog with a "disability." Now, I often wonder what her life would be like if we hadn't taken her - or if she would be alive. But the better question is what would our lives be without HER!…

I'm sure most of you remember myspace and the "Top 8" that we could have there. Well because I missed out on blogging for Emmy's first few weeks at home, I thought I'd go backwards a bit to update on her top 8 best friends. I don't have pictures of all of them, but I do have a few so here goes.
1. Cammy - Emmy's number one best friend. Cammy is an Australian Shepherd that lives across the street from Emmy. They often go out to potty at the same time, which means that Emmy…

My friend convinced me that I needed to blog about Emmy's everyday adventures after seeing pictures of my adorable puppy doing silly things. Since this website provides for that, I thought this would be the best place for that! So I guess I'm starting a little late. Emmy is 12 and a half weeks old and is my bundle of joy. She even lets me hold her in my arms like a baby. This little thing is already almost 7 pounds! She was only 3 pounds when I got her and I can't believe how big she is now.…

Hello everyone,
Here is a pencil portrait I did of my Bartleby. I'm taking commissions if anyone is interested in getting their corgi or another pet done. This one still needs to be cleaned up a little bit. I can do pencil, pen, watercolor, pastels, or digital painting. Let me know if you're interested by replying or posting on my…
ContinueHi,
I have a corgi puppy that is about to turn a year old and he is also my first dog.
I'm thinking about getting pet health insurance for him but am not sure how to start or which one to take. Since when I googled it there were so many options I got a little overwhelmed.
Plus, I have been told my some that it is not necessary for pet insurance until they are much older, but am not really sure what to do here.
Anyone have advice for me please?

We finally got our potato home yesterday after much anticipation. We picked her out three weeks ago and were surprised that she hadn't grown much. Our last dog, Laika, was a samoyed who seemed to grow an inch in every direction every day. No matter, Cocosette is absolutely…

Well, I just received my first puppy update. This will, without a doubt, be the longest month I have ever experienced. I know that I am biased, but my little girl is so cute! Apparently the breeder felt so, too, because instead of sending just a couple of pictures she sent five! She said my pup is so photogenic that she couldn't help herself. I all but squealed in delight when I saw the e-mail waiting for me in my inbox.

Well. Apparently the best way to find a corgi pup is to blog about it! Here I am, about 1 week from my first-ever blog post, and I'm getting ready to pick out a corgi puppy. Words cannot possibly express how excited I am! I'm simply waiting on the breeder's recommendation for me and then I can confirm her choice and put down my deposit!
How did I manage to find a pup? Persistence and pure chance! I've been running daily searches through the breed websites (PWCCA and…
