Took the night off from work so I could spend more time with Coco. She was so good today and went potty whenever I took her out instead of running around playing.  We even spent part of the evening watching "Marley & Me." Such a cute movie :) I've been spending time training her to go in to her crate the past few days, and she is really getting it which makes me so happy and proud of her!!

Hi all,

I need a little help here. I've been giving my soon to be 9 weeks old puppy a lot of Wellness Wellbites (soft and chewy) treats during his obedience training. I'm a little concerned whether he's going to gain weight or not by keep doing this. He's already about 9 pounds and the last time I brought him to a vet, the vet said I should get him on diet and that's what I did. I just want to train my puppy and I just can't stop. Lol. Saturday, I went for a hike with my roommate and Waffle.  The trail was super easy--flat, just long (4.5 miles).  We've done it soooo many times before!  We ended up having to cross a small stream which required Waffle climb a 2.5 ft dirt wall. I think that was our mistake.  He hauled himself up there using his upper body and everything seemed fine until we got home.  He spent the rest of the night in his crate voluntarily.  Sunday, thinking he was just tired, we went to our agility lesson.…

We had our test , last night... Passed it . Felt so good to pass it 1st time.. He was awesome, i was a bit stressed and had a headache that left as soon as we finished... what a great dog. So how long does everyone usually wait for a response before giving up on a breeder?

I found a breeder on puppyfind (after sifting through all the suspicious ones...) who looks decent, and might prove to be good depending on how my tons of questions are answered... But it's been almost a week and a half and still no response. I've emailed, called and left a message, and messaged through puppyfind. Still nothing yet.

Well, we FINALLY had nice weather, so we took advantage of it and went to the beach. Noodles loved playing in the sand and staying as far away from the crashing waves as possible. But today is special:) Today it is officially two months that Ziggy has been living with us. Tonight, he gets peanut butter smothered apple for a treat;D

Would give him a small plate of spaghetti again (oh how he loved that last month) but we forgot to grab the sauce packets when we went shopping, darn nabbit! I'll make up for it when we get to the store next, though I do feel bad about not having it…
