Peaches is now 19 weeks and she's growing sooo fast! I was just going through some pictures of the first week that I got her and she was sooo tiny and so fluffy. I kind of miss her being small, but I also can't wait until she is fully grown. I thought I'd share the cute pictures that I was talking about! …Continue
Sidney's therapy dog group had a visit to California State University at San Marcos today as a pre-finals week de-stress event. There were about a dozen pups there today and the college kids loved having us there.
Sidney sat still for petting, at one point flopping over for a belly rub. He…Continue
So it's official! I just found out exactly who my baby is.
On May 25th or 26th I will be bringing home this little lady.…Continue
So as finals week rolls around, my university decided to bring in therapy dogs to help relieve stressed students. Today's featured dogs were a yellow lab and A CORGI. Today the school posted about the corgi so I dropped what I was studying and headed over to the library to get my first real corgi experience. I have only seen them passing by, and have had a moment to pet one, but this was a chance to be around one for longer than a minute or two. I spent 45 minutes with this corgi, me and a…Continue
We have had two classes so far and I am seeing progress! It is too soon for it to help with the "episodes". However the first day we went he was terrified of the other dogs and spent most of the walking part of class trying to run from them. This class he was fearful when we walked in but quickly ignored them. He even had some very close passes with other dogs and stayed focused on me! With the exception of stay he has all the basic commands down. Now to teach him the hand signal for Dont…Continue

We took some time away from MyCorgi.com, not for lack of interest or anything really other than some struggle with the loss of our Chloe and Lola. and while time doesnt completely plug the holes in your heart, I guess time plus more corgis can at least distract you.
Since the last posting we had a very rapid downhill battle with our Lola and I feel horrible about how it ended as I couldnt get her through the last night and to the vet to at least help with the pain. Since then I have…Continue
I don't know where the years go, but my handsome little man turns 6 years old today. Hard to believe how much one little dog can change your life. Happy birthday sweetie. …Continue
Just a add on. Winston crossed the bridge. Our thoughts are with the family.
He has been found healthy and safe!!!! It's posted at OCD and wanted to let you all know he is home.
This past week I have watched on facebook as Wendworth Corgis (one of our members) frantically searched for beautiful retired Champion Winston. He was recently retired to a new home and has been missing for almost a week. He is in the Broadview Heights area in northern Ohio. Has been sighted at the Briarwood Golf course. Any mycorgi members in that area keep an eye out for him. He is a beautiful red headed tri.
Just noticed this morning that the very famous Pudge the Poopster of Cori…Continue
My little corgi, Gordon, has recently started having potty accidents in the house. Since I initially potty-trained him, he has always been very good about waiting to go outside, but since we've moved to a new apartment, he's been having accidents in the house.
These accidents have not been happening constantly, maybe once or twice a week, but they aren't at reasonable times (like when I have a seven or eight hour shift at work) but when I am home and have recently taken him out to…Continue
Cute article I came across on BuzzFeed! My old high school classmate's corgi just happens to be #12. =)
